cottage, called 'RAFFANEL' is situated in Itzac, just north of
Gaillac and 10 minutes west of Cordes. Built virtually on one
level, it is set in 2.5acres and is ideal for a couple or families
as well as those with mobility problems. (The property has only
four steps separating the large double master bedroom from the
remaining rooms).
The accommodation comprises:
Bedroom 1 :- Large double-bedded room with shower room and toilet
en-suite. There is also ample space for a single bed and/or cot if
required.
Bedroom 2 :- Ideal Children's room with bunk beds with its own
shower room, toilet and sink.

standard, both inside and out.
We feel that the charm of the cottage lies in its outside living
space - views, private pool and accessibility to local beauty spots
and places of interest. A Veranda runs the length of the property,
over which hangs Virginia creeper, providing shade for entertaining
in the heat of the day and further outdoor eating space.
There is a 'cabane' for summer dining and food can also be cooked
on the stone BBQ. There are beautiful views from the private pool
and the landscaped garden. Open fields slope down to meet the
Gresigne Forest, where deer can be seen grazing and it is also
possible to see the Pyrenees.
